I really want to learn to use Painter well. I think some of the work I have seen coming out of this program is unreal. I made an attempt last night after watching a training video until 11:00 pm. Jane Conner Zeiss teaches the program. I saw her speak when I first started photography, and I lost her after 10 minutes in the class. You have to prep the image in Photoshop before going into Painter. She had 10 layers for just the facial retouching. Just when I think I understand photoshop a bit, I pop one of her videos in and think, I have a long way to go. Here is my first attempt:

I had the pleasure of spending some time with Jessica today to take some shots of their soon to be family. Jessica is expecting a baby boy in the very near future. She makes a beautiful mommy. I look forward to seeing you more this summer. I want to thank her sister, Lindsay, my future bride for helping with the reflector. I look forward to photographing your bridal picture tomorrow.

The Chrysler is getting ready to open up one of their statue galleries to permit bridal photography. Mia, wedding specialist extraordinaire, asked that I provide some images for the website.
